Icee Wednesday

As a follow-up to yesterday's post, and in the spirit of positivity, to get new ideas flowing, I thought I'd present a thematic gallery of ice-related imagery, showing the varying ways photographers have tackled an object/landscape that is essentially just clear and white.

I'm sure you'll agree, even when these photographers are really similar in approach – as in the case of Carl Corey's and Brad DeCecco's ice fishers – the resulting photographs are entirely different.  For brevity's sake, I'm editing each photographer's work down to 2-3 images, but links appear beneath to direct you to a broader selection of their work:
