Now, there is the BP Oil Spill Live Feed (below), which is basically like watching a rising death and destruction toll for all the aquatic life in its path.
Every morning, I wake up with the hope that when I go to watch this, it will be a "re-run" (marking the containment of the spill) instead of live coverage. Still, even when that finally happens, that will just mark the beginning of assessing the damage and the months/years of cleanup...
