Vik Muniz: Waste Land

I've always loved Vik Muniz's work, and the fact that he uses the proceeds from his projects to help the people involved in the production of the work just makes it that much richer.  Waste Land is a documentary of his latest project, working with the "pickers" in the largest garbage dump in the world, Jardim Gramacho, to reconstruct the works of old masters using garbage, with the pickers as his models.  Photos of the process are available here.  Below is the trailer for the film, which won the 2010 World Cinema Audience Award at Sundance.
